Each morning I drag myself out of bed pissed off that I have to actually get up and do something. There are very few mornings when I'm actually excited about getting out of bed (except for special occasions like leaving for vacation or a completely "just chill" day, etc). I eventually make it to the coffee pot where I also curse it and the dogs for wanting to play. Pen and journal in hand, I finally make it outside to bitch to my journal about how hard my life is......
This morning as I open my very lovely journal that my T-roy gave me for Christmas, I notice a quote imprinted on the top of the page.
It reads:
"....the moment when you first wake up in the morning is the most wonderful of the twenty-four hours. No matter how weary or dreary you may feel, you possess the certainty that...absolutely anything may happen".

Then, I am reminded how wonderful life is and how beautiful it is to wake up every morning....
